Delivery time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays (excluding weekends and holidays) will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped on the next business day. Normally, we deliver using Sagawa Express.

The number of days it takes from shipping to delivery varies depending on the region.

* Depending on the region, delivery will be after noon.

* Delivery may be delayed due to transportation conditions.

* If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped after we have confirmed your payment.

* If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be shipped after your card payment has been confirmed.

Gift wrapping

We only accept wine orders. Please note that we are unable to provide gift wrapping for other products such as Rene Duvin.

To specify your preference, please add each product to your cart and proceed to the next page, where you will be able to choose wrapping paper and gift wrapping.

Change of delivery date and time

[Before shipping] Changes before shipping can be made by phone from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (03-5702-0620) . However, since shipping arrangements will start from noon on the day, if arrangements have already been made, it may not be possible to make changes. Thank you for your understanding.

[After shipping] We will send you a shipping number, so please contact the shipping company directly.

Returns and exchanges after delivery

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

Refunds and returns due to product defects

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons of customer convenience after shipment.

However, if the following conditions are met, we will respond as follows:
