This soft and complex wine has a unique flavor. It is somewhat oily, yet still retains the freshness of Chasselas, with characteristic grassy and flint-like mineral notes. It is a powerful, long-lasting wine, complex and delicate at the same time, a very Swiss wine.

Winemaking method: Swiss wine from the Lavaux vineyards, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Most of the grapes are hand-picked from a very limited area of the vineyard. Chasselas is the main variety grown in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
