Château d'Auvernier, Oeil De Perdrix
Its color is salmon pink. Its floral aroma and fruity aroma are reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries. It has a refreshing acidity and a lively, rounded taste. Its balanced structure allows you to feel the flavor of elegant red fruits, and it leaves a wonderful finish. It is made from Pinot Noir, the only red wine grape variety granted AOC status in the canton of Neuchâtel, and its name means "eye of the mountain quail."
