The aroma of fresh white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear gradually changes to red currant and mandarin orange. A hint of raisin is added at the end. The first impression is reminiscent of freshly picked fruit. It is well-balanced and has a clear, pleasant aftertaste.

The wine is supervised by Hervé Jestin, a brewing consultant who is said to be a genius and an eccentric, and who has long served as head brewer at the prestigious Champagne house Duval-Leroy, and has worked for many prestigious houses, including Louis Roederer.
