The color is deep garnet. It has a rich fruity aroma reminiscent of black currant and ripe plum, as well as an elegant spice and toast aroma. The tannins become silky smooth with age, harmonizing with the acidity to create a wine with a firm body. The taste is elegant, with a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of herbs.
