The color is garnet red. The aroma is reminiscent of fruit jam, plum, spices and leather. It has a smooth and elegant structure, with a slight tannin. The taste is very complex, pleasantly rich and dry, with just the right amount of acidity.

Winemaking: Harvest: Hand-picked, dried in a drying room for 3-4 months. Crushing and destemming occur between late January and late February, depending on the vintage. Fermentation: In small tanks of up to 5,000 liters. Initial temperature is 10°C, followed by maceration at 15°C for at least 40 days, with remontage at least twice a week. After two decantations, the clarified wine is poured into barriques (May/June). Aging for several years in new and second- and third-year French barriques. One year of bottle aging.
