Michele Castellani, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Cinque Stelle
The color is deep ruby red. The aromas are of red berries, plums, coffee beans, bitter chocolate, bell peppers, and black pepper. The taste is very complex, pleasantly rich, and dry, with just the right amount of acidity for an impeccable finish. The wine is elegant and full-bodied, with a powerful fruitiness and a pronounced spicy and ethereal aroma. Its well-balanced, finely textured finish is extremely long.
