Castellare di Castellina, Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG
The wine's color is deep ruby red. Its aroma is reminiscent of red berries and leather, with herbal and mineral notes. The soft, well-balanced tannins leave a refreshing, fruity finish. The winemaker's commitment is evident in the label, which features wild birds that visit the winery each year thanks to its pesticide-free cultivation, and in the name "Sangioveto" from long ago. This wine is crafted using only native Tuscan grapes, primarily Sangioveto Rosso and Grosso, following Chianti's unique production methods, resulting in a wine of the utmost elegance.
