The wine has a rich, vibrant ruby color, aromas of small red and black fruits such as cherry and blueberry, and a bouquet of oak spice, candle smoke, and cedar. It is fresh, well-balanced, and velvety with smooth tannins and a long, lingering finish.

Winemaking: The grapes are carefully selected, crushed and destemmed. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 28°C. A delicate remontage and maceration lasts up to 25 days. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. It is aged for 4 months in French oak barriques.
