Fine, persistent bubbles. The color is a straw-colored hue with a slightly milky green tint due to the sediment remaining in the bottle. The rich citrus aroma changes to apple. The refreshing taste spreads, leaving a long-lasting finish with a slightly sour minerality unique to the variety.
