Very deep ruby red. Aroma of concentrated red fruits and fragrant spices. On the palate, the tannins are well-balanced and the wine is full-bodied and persistent. The pleasant spices linger on the finish. A wide-mouthed glass is recommended.

Vinification: Skin contact for at least 15 days in stainless steel tanks at 25°C. Frequent remontages and delestages. Soft pressing. Malolactic fermentation. Ageing: 18 months in stainless steel tanks. Montepulciano is aged for several months in barrel, followed by several months in bottle.
