The color is a sparkling, clear straw yellow. It has a pleasant, soft and dry impression with ripe fruit, bitter almond and peach notes. It is characterized by a persistent tropical fruit flavor, light yet with great character. The ripe, elegant aroma lingers on the finish. This organic wine is certified by the Italian government.

Winemaking: After manual harvesting, the grapes are pneumatically pressed with inert gas. After static decantation, fermentation takes place in stainless steel and cement tanks with cultured yeast at 18°C. The wine is aged on the lees for 120 days and for two years in 23hl French oak barrels. Certified organic by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
