Winemaking method: Vertical vineyards with thinning of branches and bunches to reduce yield. Fully ripe grapes are hand-picked. Blended in small open-top fermenters. Daily punching down during fermentation to extract flavor and color. Blended and bottled after 20 months of barrel aging.
