The fruitiness is emphasized, and the generous dosage results in a rich, slightly sweet flavor. Winemaking method: Hand-harvested. Whole bunches are gently pressed directly in a pneumatic press. Only the best quality juice is used. After blending, yeast and sugar are added and the wine is fermented in the bottle for 6 weeks. Aging on the lees for an average of 18 months.
