Vinification: Five grape varieties grown using biodynamic methods in a Mediterranean mountain region. Monastrell is aged for 8 months in oak barrels, Garnacha Peluda for 12 months in concrete, and Arcos and Valencí for 8 months in amphora, each aged using the most suitable method. Tortosí is not aged to preserve its freshness. The wines are then blended, lightly filtered, and bottled.
