Deep garnet in color. Concentrated aromas of cherry, cassis, herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, and licorice linger, with a hint of minerality. Firmly structured, with smooth tannins, a sticky texture, and a long finish. Enjoyable both young and aged.

Winemaking: Located at an altitude of approximately 1,200 meters above sea level, the vines are over 90 years old and produce a small yield. The grapes are hand-picked, gently pressed, macerated for 25 days, and then aged for 12 months in American and French oak for malolactic fermentation.
