The color is a clear, bright, pale yellow with a greenish tint. The aroma is reminiscent of green apples along with the pleasant aroma of clear tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. The flavor of anise lingers on the finish.

Winemaking method: The vineyards are located on steep slopes 700-800m above sea level, on low-fertility soils of reddish-brown sandy clay with limestone and chalk. Harvesting takes place at night to avoid oxidation due to high temperatures and humidity. After gentle pressing, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C for 25 days. Lightly clarified and stabilized. Filtered and bottled.
