The color is deep cherry red. The aroma of black fruits and red berries stands out, with a wonderful minerality and a scent reminiscent of spices and balsamic. The full-bodied wine has a well-balanced, lively fruitiness and elegant tannins. The long, lingering finish is also very pleasant.

Winemaking: The vineyards are located at 800m above sea level, in a continental climate, on clay and limestone slate soils. The grapes, averaging 80-90 years old, are hand-picked in mid-October. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24°C for 5-7 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels. Aging takes place in French oak barrels for 12 months.
