Very fresh and lively minerality. Delicate aromas of linden, mint and acacia, with aromas of licorice and hay. Aging enhances the golden color and spiciness. The finish is elegant, subdued and full-bodied, with a lingering fresh aroma.

Origin: Burgundy, France Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Taste: Dry Alcohol content: 12.5%
Vinification: Pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (between 15-18°C) for approximately 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation then takes place. Ageing continues in tanks for several months before bottling.
