The color is ruby ​​red with a purple tint. It has a lively fruity aroma reminiscent of plum and cassis, along with spice and chocolate aromas from the barrel. The taste is full of ripe fruit, with supple tannins and a pleasant finish.

Winemaking method: Fully ripe grapes. Destemmed and crushed. 50% of the grapes are extracted by skin contact at high temperature to extract the fruity aromas, while the remaining 50% is blended after traditional maceration in tank. Periodic remontages. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25°C. 85% free-run juice and 15% pressed juice are blended. Malolactic fermentation.
After racking, 90% of the wine is aged in concrete tanks with fine lees, and 10% in oak barrels. It is then bottled after cross-flow filtration.
