A brilliant golden color. A strong, persistent effervescence. The captivating, delicate aroma begins with exotic fruit notes, with hints of savarin, toffee, and rose. The attack is strong, with aromas of citrus and red fruits blending together. The body is light and airy, finishing with a crisp impression of fragrant herbs like sage. Each year, we faithfully reflect the vintage and terroir. 2017 started fresh and was hit by extreme heat in the final stages of aging. This resulted in a perfect balance of power and vitality. With no added sulfites, carefully selected still wines, and no liqueurs, we pursued precision only, resulting in a perfect finish.

Winemaking method: Natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks (75%) and wooden barrels (25%). After primary fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for 10 months. The best wines of the year are carefully selected. No sulfites are added. The wine is then aged on the lees for 5 years. No dosage. Production volume: 2,000 bottles per year
