A beautiful ruby ​​red colour with a bluish tint. The distinctive aroma of cherry and strawberry is accompanied by a hint of mocha. The taste is reminiscent of strawberries when young, and with age develops a plum jam-like flavour. The supple tannins are well-integrated, and the wine has a wonderful structure, making it an elegant, well-balanced and attractive wine. The finish is concentrated and long.

Winemaking method: The grapes are hand-harvested, sorted, crushed, destemmed, and then immediately fermented and punched down. No enzymes are added. Extraction is unheated. After 10-12 days of fermentation, the first pressings are blended, cooled, stabilized, and aged for 12-15 months in oak barrels, mainly from Allier (25% new). Lightly filtered without racking before bottling.
