The aroma is reminiscent of blackberry jam, a hint of leather, and licorice. The tannins have matured through aging, and the wine is well-balanced, with a long, lingering finish and a powerful taste reminiscent of truffles.

Winemaking method: Hand-picked, hand-sorted, crushed, and fully destemmed at an altitude of 360m. Fermented immediately for 12 days without cold maceration. Extraction of aroma, color, and tannins is achieved solely through punching. Free-run wine and first pressing wine are blended and cooled to stabilize, then aged for 15 months in 30% new barrels and the remainder in 1-2 year old barrels.
