The color is deep ruby ​​red with a purple tint. Along with the fresh fruit aroma of gooseberry and blackberry, the aroma of spices, truffles, and a hint of toasted bread spreads. It is solidly built but fresh, with slightly subdued tannins, a soft and pleasant taste. Well-balanced, with a long finish that leaves you feeling the flavor of oak.

Winemaking: Hand-harvested, sorted, crushed, and 100% destemmed. After four days of cold maceration before fermentation, the wine ferments for approximately 14 days, with one remontage per day. The free-run wine and the first pressing are blended and stabilized. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels (30% new). Bottled without fining and very lightly filtered.
