Vinification method: Old Massal-Sérec, vines 50 years old on average. Northeast facing, shallow slope at 250m altitude. Fermentation is immediate. Extraction of aromas, tannins and colour is natural, only by punching. Aging in barriques (50% new) for approximately 1 year.
