Winemaking method: The terraced vineyards on the lower slopes of Vinsobres have clay and gravel soils that are well-ventilated and well-exposed. Trained on the Cordon de Royal system. The vines are 5-10 years old, with yields kept to 30 hl/ha or less, producing concentrated, aromatic, high-quality wines. The grapes are hand-picked, completely destemmed, and directly pressed. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then blended.
