Beautiful deep ruby ​​red. A dense, floral and mineral aroma, with delicate toasted and vanilla notes. A masculine taste with a more pronounced fruitiness. Although the South has a short history, it has depth and authenticity.

Vinification: Located on the slopes of Vinsobres at an altitude of 350m, Saint-Pierre is a cuvée blessed with abundant sunshine and clay and limestone soil. Yields are kept to 25 hl/ha or less, and the old vines produce a wine of exceptional complexity and finesse. The grapes are hand-picked and remontaged daily in traditional fermentation tanks. After pressing, the wines are transferred to barrels for malolactic fermentation and then aged for a further 12 months.
