Winemaking method: The terraced vineyards on the lower slopes of Vinsobres have clay and gravel soils, which are well-ventilated and well-exposed. The vines are vineyarded in the Cordon de Royal system. The young vines limit yields to less than 40 hl/ha, producing fresh, fruit-forward wines. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C, then 22°C.
