It has a deep color, with aromas of black fruit jam and floral notes, and hints of minerality and amber that are characteristic of the terroir. Its flavor is reminiscent of mocha and roasted cocoa. The rounded, smooth tannins leave a refreshing finish. It's best to decant just before serving. It can be enjoyed aged for 6-8 years in a cellar at 14°C.
