Deep yellow in color, it offers rich flavors of citrus and stone fruits, harmonizing with vanilla and sweet spices from the oak. It has a rich texture, full-bodied body, acidity and a long finish.

Winemaking: The vineyard is located on a plateau 700m above sea level, on red clay soil. 10 days of cold maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature controlled at 18°C. Transfer to oak barrels for fermentation (70% new). 8 months of bottle aging.
