Deep ruby ​​red in color. Persistent berry aroma. Soft on the palate, with a velvety, pleasant finish. A full-bodied wine for aging, this is the winery's most representative wine. This exceptionally high-quality red wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso (Brunello) grapes and is produced exclusively in the region.

Winemaking: Yield: 60 Qt/ha. Planted in Cordon Speronato. Harvest: Hand-picked in early October, selecting only the best grapes and drying a third. Winemaking: Traditional, lightly crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. After the first fermentation, "Governo" is added (juice made from dried grapes) and a second fermentation takes place. Ageing: The wine is aged for 12/14 months in French tonneaux and barriques.
