Winemaking method: Soil: Medium limestone-clay mixture. Located in the hills stretching from the foot of the Majella Mountains to the Adriatic coast, the vineyard enjoys favorable microclimate conditions. Altitude: 130-380m. South/southwest exposure. Vineyard method: Abruzzo method. Yield: 95 hectoliters per hectare. Harvested: late August to September. The first juice is lightly crushed and gently pressed, then fermented under temperature control. Aging in stainless steel tanks.
