It has a rich fruity aroma of pineapple, banana and Mediterranean citrus fruits, along with a hint of wildflowers. It is lively and complex, with a balanced acidity that leaves a long finish.

Winemaking method: The grapes are hand-picked and then allowed to come into skin contact at low temperatures before being slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks under temperature control.
