The color is straw yellow. It has a fruity aroma of green apples and floral notes reminiscent of acacia flowers and broom that develop with age. The flavor is rich and fruity, with a pleasant, long finish. From cultivation to brewing and packaging, all winemaking is environmentally friendly. The sulfite content is 65mg/L, far less than half the 150mg/L limit set for organic white wine.
