Ruby red in color with hints of garnet. Concentrated and complex, it offers aromas of ripe raspberries, blackberries, and plum jam, with a distinct spicy vanilla aroma and a final hint of balsamic. The taste is dry and warm, with soft, firm tannins and a sticky texture, and the flavor from the wood barrels gives it a rounded finish.
