Deep red in color. Fruity aromas of blackberry, cherry jam, and plum are accompanied by hints of chocolate, mocha, and spice. Excellent structure and power, yet very elegant. The potential and individuality of the varieties are beautifully brought out, reflecting the Sicilian terroir.

Ageing: 10 months in medium-toasted French oak barrels (50% new and 50% used), followed by 8 months in bottle.
