Characteristics: A Campania-specific variety, with records of it being cultivated on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius as early as the pre-Christian era. Its color is a brilliant straw yellow. The concentrated aroma is very persistent, with complex impressions of pear, tropical fruit, and nuts. The long finish is reminiscent of the variety's characteristic acidity and almonds. The taste is also firm and offers notes of yellow peach, apricot, and honey.
