The color is pale yellow with a slight greenish tint. The bubbles are lively and fine. The aroma is of blooming Spanish and acacia flowers. In the mouth, it is reminiscent of white peach, citrus fruits, and toasted almonds. The creamy texture and crisp, refreshing acidity are pleasant. It is rich and complex.
