A brilliant golden color. A deep and complex aroma of almonds and oranges cultivated through long aging. A superb body, a velvety smooth and harmonious taste. It also has an excellent moderate sweetness.

Winemaking: After hand-picking, the grapes are carefully sorted, dried in a well-ventilated drying room for two months, and then pressed. According to tradition, the madre is added, and the wine is fermented and aged in 225L caratelli (wooden barrels) for approximately four years (varies depending on weather and temperature conditions). During this period, the wine undergoes repeated oxidative aging, gradually turning golden in color and developing a yeasty aroma. The wine is then aged in demi-johns for several months before bottling.
