The color is a brilliant straw yellow with a golden green tint. It has a distinct, rich aroma of green apple and pineapple. It has a dry, well-balanced, and deep flavor. It leaves a pleasant, fresh fruitiness on the finish. This wine was created by Pasquale Salvatore, who in 2013 received the Italian Oenology Award, given to winemakers who have made outstanding contributions to winemaking. Produced with low yields, it is a valuable wine.
