Winemaking method: Sunny, windy hilly region with soil rich in potassium, phosphorus and magnesium of volcanic origin. Guyot grapes. Planting density: 4,500 vines/ha. Yield: approximately 80 ql/ha. Fully ripe grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted.
