The color is a medium-dark yellow with a greenish tint. It has a floral aroma with a hint of vanilla. Made from grapes grown on the hillside, this wine has a very elegant acidity and a refreshing taste.

Winemaking: Harvested by hand. After destemming and crushing, the grapes were pneumatically pressed and then cold macerated for 12 hours. The juice was extracted by light pressing and clarified. A portion was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature controlled between 12-14°C.
