Variety: 90% Glera, 10% Pinot Nero

Vinification method: Glera is gently pressed and fermented as per white wine vinification method. Static decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Pinot Nero is fermented as per red wine vinification method with short maceration. Blending is followed by secondary fermentation in an autoclave using the Charmat method.
