Winemaking: This white wine is made from white grapes grown on calcareous soils near the Piave River between Conegliano and Treviso. After pressing, the juice is fermented for 15-20 days at 15-18°C. It is then transferred to temperature-controlled tanks for fermentation. The wine is then aged for 6-8 months in 225/550 liter Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 8 months in bottle.
