The clean, expansive aroma is reminiscent of blueberries, pepper, cocoa, and licorice. The taste is blackberry jam, mocha, tobacco, and fine tannins, with a firm structure. It is very harmonious and has a long, pleasant finish.

Winemaking method: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged for 8 months in French oak (50% new barrels). The name Noi4 (we four) comes from the fact that it is made with four grape varieties and was conceived by a team of four people, but it also has a clever meaning that the bottle is shared by four people.
