The color is deep ruby red. The aroma is of cherry, red currant, violet, tobacco, and dark chocolate. The taste is elegant, and the tannins are perfectly blended and smooth. The aftertaste is reminiscent of balsamic vinegar, and it has a very long finish.

Winemaking: Hand-harvested. Fermented in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature of 22°C for 22 days, followed by 4 weeks of maceration. Malolactic fermentation in French oak followed by 20 months of ageing in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new. Aging in concrete tanks for 3 months, followed by 6 months in bottle.
