This wine's distinctive aromas include roasted nuts, citrus fruits, melon, and distinctive banana and passion fruit notes. Even after complete malolactic fermentation, the refreshing acidity retains a pleasant, fresh, mineral-like acidity. In addition to the smoky and creamy aromas from aging in wooden barrels, the flavors of citrus fruits and dried herbs unfold in layers.

Winemaking method: Vertical vineyards with thinning of branches and bunches to reduce yield. Hand-picked, pressed and left to rest in tank for several hours before fermenting for 9-11 months in 1200L and 225L oak barrels. After several months in tank, sur lies and then bottling.
