The palate is soft, with a rich, expansive mid-palate filled with ripe Mission fig, dark chocolate ganache, and smooth tannins. The finish is long, with lingering notes of black raspberry and cocoa. This wine pairs well with Mission fig and brie or chicken mole negro.
