The aroma is reminiscent of candied blueberries, nutmeg, clarified butter, and shortbread. The flavor of ripe blackberries is complemented by wild mint, fennel, chicory, and a crisp, acidic impression of dried cherries, with a hint of black pepper in the finish. The acidity is beautifully balanced with the complex, multi-layered flavor. Drinking time is until 2027.
