Winemaking method: Grapes naturally frozen at our own vineyard were harvested in January 2015 in extreme cold at -10°C. The frozen grapes were pressed under high pressure over several days. Fermentation was carried out using a special yeast that thrives in high sugar environments. Brix value is 39.4°.
